Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

4. Revit Arthro and Wellness Information

Information provided on our website concerning Revit Arthro, ingredients, nutrition, joint wellness, mobility or general wellbeing is intended for general informational and product-education purposes.

Revit Arthro should be used according to the directions, recommended serving and warnings stated on its label.

Where the product falls within an applicable FSSAI health-supplement or nutraceutical category, its presentation and advertising must not claim to treat, cure, mitigate or prevent a specific disease unless specifically permitted by the Food Authority. FSSAI also provides for the prominent statement “NOT FOR MEDICINAL USE” for applicable categories.

Because Revit Arthro is an ingestible wellness product, opened or used products may not ordinarily qualify for discretionary change-of-mind returns for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.

However, this does not restrict remedies that may be available where a product is:
